Ingredients
- 1kg cooked protein (chicken thighs or beef)
- 1 Brown onion
- 30g Tik Tik Boom rub
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 300mL cooking cream
Instructions
- Pre-cook the protein; you can use anything really, leftovers, chicken, lamb, beef. Just make sure it's cooked well and tender. For an extra flavour hit, cook your protein after seasoning with Tik Tik Boom as well
- In a fry pan add the vegetable oil and onion and simmer over medium heat until the onion is softened
- Add the Tik Tik Boom, mix well and cook until fragrant and combined
- Add the cooked protein, then the cooking cream and mix well
- Cook the curry until it is simmering lightly and has thickened slightly
Tips
Serve with rice, garnish with some chopped coriander and/or toasted slithered almonds
