Ingredients
- 500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
- 1 bottle of Booma's Boomtang BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of "Cluck & Bones" Chicken Rub
- 2 tablespoons of Smokey Joe's Rubs Firecracker BBQ rub (Optional)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken thighs with the "Cluck & Bones" Chicken Rub. Add the Smokey Joe's Firecracker rub if you would like some extra heat.
Toss the chicken pieces until they are evenly coated with the rubs. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight for the flavors to meld. - Preheat the Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C). - Skewer the Chicken:
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece to ensure even cooking. - Grill the Skewers:
Once the grill is preheated, place the chicken skewers on the grill grate.
