Ingredients
- 1 large sourdough bread loaf
- 4 tbsp Angus & Oink Garlic Butter seasoning
- 100g (about 7 tbsp) softened butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Bread: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the loaf in a crosshatch pattern, slicing almost to the bottom but keeping the loaf intact.
- Make the Butter Mixture: In a bowl, mix the softened butter with Angus & Oink Garlic Butter seasoning. Stir in some parsley.
- Stuff the Bread: Carefully spread the garlic butter mixture between the cuts, making sure to cover every piece. Stuff the mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the crevices as well.
- Bake: Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the top is golden.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve as a pull-apart treat!
